Common questions
How do I continue a puzzle?
Open the same mode from Home. Completed maps, stars, route records, and unlocked levels are restored from the game progress saved on this device.
What should I do at a dead end?
In Ink Trail, use Undo to erase one stop or Restart to clear the route. In Courier Script, choose Edit this program after a failed run and change the command tape.
Can I reduce motion or add direction labels?
Yes. Open Settings to reduce game motion, turn haptic feedback on or off, and show N, E, S, and W labels with arrow symbols.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the App version, iOS version, iPhone model, game mode and level, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
