Terms of Service

1. The Service

Arrowink Atlas is a direction-puzzle collection that may include Ink Trail maps, Courier Script programs, Compass Echo challenges, scores, stars, hints, settings, statistics, and related content. It is provided primarily for personal entertainment.

Features, content, technical requirements, game balance, and availability may be changed, added, limited, or removed. Some functions may depend on a compatible device, platform permission, internet connection, or third-party service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only where legally permitted. If you are not old enough to accept these Terms on your own, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

Arrowink Atlas is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App for private, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by applicable App Store rules.

No ownership interest in the App, Service, or content is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You must not:

• Use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools to manipulate gameplay, scores, advertising, or services.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, interfere with security, overload systems, introduce malicious code, or access restricted information.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the Service to violate law, platform rules, or another person's rights, or falsely claim an affiliation with Arrowink Atlas, Apple, or another party.

5. Progress, Scores, and Virtual Content

Progress, scores, stars, unlocked levels, settings, and other records may be stored locally, through platform services, or through other supported services. Records may be lost because of deletion, device replacement, corruption, software changes, service interruption, or user action. We do not guarantee that records can always be restored or transferred.

Scores, stars, achievements, hints, rewards, and any virtual content are licensed entertainment features. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or property.

6. Purchases, Advertising, and Third-Party Services

The Service may include paid content, subscriptions, advertising, analytics, cloud functions, email support, website hosting, or links supplied by Apple or other providers. Purchase conditions will be shown through the applicable storefront, and transactions are also subject to platform payment and refund rules.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability, content, security, products, or practices, except to the extent applicable law assigns responsibility to us.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The Service and its software, game rules and presentation, levels, artwork, layouts, text, icons, branding, and other content are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may voluntarily send suggestions or bug reports. Do not send confidential information or material you do not have the right to share. To the extent permitted by law, non-confidential feedback may be used to operate and improve the Service without an obligation to compensate you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled in connection with the Service. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict concerning personal-information processing, the Privacy Policy controls for that issue.

9. Updates, Availability, and Termination

Updates may be required to continue using all or part of the Service. We do not promise that every feature, version, device, operating system, or external service will remain supported indefinitely.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, harmful conduct, or material violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, error-free operation, or preservation of progress and content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Service, including loss of progress, data, virtual content, enjoyment, opportunity, revenue, or profit. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, mandatory consumer remedies, or another liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you obtained Arrowink Atlas through Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We are responsible for the App, its content, and support obligations required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

You must comply with the App Store Usage Rules and applicable third-party terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it after you accept these Terms.

12. Governing Law, General Terms, and Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before formal proceedings, both sides are encouraged to attempt a good-faith resolution, without limiting urgent relief or rights subject to legal deadlines.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, security, business practices, or law. Updated Terms will show a new effective or last-updated date.
