Arrowink Atlas
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This policy explains the categories of information that may be handled, why they may be used, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the Arrowink Atlas mobile application, visit its support website, or contact support.
2. Information that may be handled
Depending on the features and services used, information may include:
- Game progress, level records, scores, settings, and other gameplay activity.
- Device and technical information such as device type, operating system, language, IP address, app version, performance, crash, and diagnostic information.
- Advertising or app identifiers where available and permitted by device settings and applicable law.
- Information you choose to provide when contacting support, such as your email address and message.
Gameplay progress and experience preferences may be stored on your device so the App can restore them between sessions.
3. How information may be used
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve game features.
- Save progress, settings, scores, and unlocked content.
- Measure performance, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect the App.
- Provide support and respond to questions.
- Deliver, limit, and measure advertising or promotions when those services are present.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The App may use advertising, analytics, attribution, or diagnostic providers. Those providers may process device, network, interaction, advertising, and diagnostic information under their own privacy terms. Where Apple requires permission for activity defined as tracking, the App will request authorization through the system prompt. You can manage tracking and advertising choices in iOS Settings.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate, secure, analyze, support, advertise, or improve the App; with authorities when legally required; or as part of a business transfer. Service providers are expected to handle information only for authorized purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game records remain until you reset progress or remove the App. Support communications and information processed by service providers may be retained for the time needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. You may contact support to ask about an applicable access or deletion request.
7. Your choices
- Use Reset Game Progress in the App to remove gameplay records while keeping experience settings.
- Manage system permissions, tracking choices, and advertising preferences in iOS Settings.
- Remove the App to delete its locally stored records.
- Contact support regarding privacy questions or rights available under applicable law.
8. Children
Arrowink Atlas is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
9. Security and international processing
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required.
10. Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
